Subtly sweet and thoughtfully spiced pumpkin custard with softly whipped mascarpone and candied pumpkin seeds. Serve chilled for dinner or leftovers for breakfast. Serves 8-12.
Our pies are 9 inches and come in retro foil tins (we’re calling them retro but they’re kind of tacky, so maybe it’s more kitsch?) and boxed for pick up.
