MOUNTGROVE

Fink’s Salt & Sweet HQ. Our original cafe located in Highbury, N5. Since our opening in 2014, we’ve been many things: deli, dine-in brunch spot, restaurant, lifestyle & pantry shop, basement pool (if you know, you know), etc, etc. Today we’re a take away cafe with a small but perfectly formed retail offering. We make pretty much everything from scratch - sandwiches, salads, cakes and many of our products for sale. Our ingredient suppliers are local and trusted including Scenery Coffee Roasters, Wildfarmed, Shrub Provisions and Natoora and our shelves are stocked with a selection natural wines, spirits and carefully curated pantry essentials and gifts - many of which are made within walking distance.

GILLESPIE

A compact coffee shop with a short but top notch breakfast and lunch menu. Fuelled by Scenery Coffee Roasters, Fink’s Bakery bread and a smattering of London's finest suppliers. Cakes and a short daily menu are prepared by the Fink's team and served in or out. Local, seasonal and modern.

CHATS

Our gorgeous, little pink shop located on the friendly and iconic Chatsworth Road. Sandwiches and cakes are prepared by our team based on Mountgrove and served in or out. Fuelled by Scenery Coffee Roasters, our very own Fink’s Bakery bread and a smattering of London's finest suppliers stocking our shelves with jams, spirits, hot sauces and honeys.

 PUMP HOUSE

Located at the edge of Clissold Park, Green Lanes entrance, we’ve taken over the bijou space and did it up in our signature style. Compact but still chock full of Fink’s favourites such as Scenery Coffee Roasters, ever changing in house sandwiches made fresh daily with our very own Fink’s Bakery bread and cakes made with seasonal fruit from Natoora & Shrub Provisions and Wildfarmed flour. We also cater to furrier friends, with dog treats available for purchase in shop. With a refrigerator stocked with locally made soft drinks and water, this will be your go to spot for any of your foodie needs without ever having to leave the park.
