Celebration Cakes

Order a cake to treat your loved ones for birthdays, anniversaries, or whatever the occasion. At Fink’s, we bake using seasonal flavours, fruit from Natoora and Wildfarmed flour, ensuring the lightest sponge and best quality ingredients. All cakes come decorated with seasonal fresh flowers and/or fruit.

Let us know if you have allergy requirements. All cakes are made in a kitchen shared with gluten, soy, milk, tree nuts, peanuts and egg.

Ordering

We require a 72 hour notice, for pick up at midday from our Mountgrove-Highbury location, unless otherwise stated. We do not deliver.

We do not create custom cakes.

Your order is not confirmed until payment has been taken at least 72 hours before your order is due via a secure payment link sent by us.

Chocolate Devil’s Food Cake - 3 layers of rich and moist chocolate cake, filled and fully iced with your choice of dark chocolate, burnt salted caramel, vanilla or espresso buttercream. Available as cupcakes.

Vanilla Cake - 3 layers of light, Italian vanilla sponge made with mascarpone, filled and fully iced with your choice of dark chocolate, burnt salted caramel, vanilla or espresso buttercream. Available as cupcakes.

Chocolate Espresso/Choc Ganache (Vegan) - 2 layers of moist, chocolate sponge filled and covered with a coconut based chocolate ganache. Note: there is no flavour of espresso in this cake.

Vanilla/Seasonal Fruit - 3 layers of vanilla sponge, filled and fully iced with a buttercream made with our seasonal roasted fruit.

Flavours throughout the year include roasted rhubarb, fresh raspberry, roasted apricot, poached quince, roasted plum, or fresh strawberry. Available as cupcakes.

Vanilla/Lemon - 3 layers of our moist vanilla cake, soaked in lemon syrup, filled with lemon buttercream and lemon curd and fully iced in lemon buttercream topped with candied lemon peel.

Carrot Pecan/Cream Cheese - 3 layers of spiced carrot & chopped pecan sponge, filled and fully iced with cream cheese buttercream and topped with desiccated coconut.

Chocolate Guinness/Cream Cheese - 3 layers of dark chocolate Guinness sponge drizzled with rum syrup, filled and fully iced with cream cheese buttercream.
