Celebration cakes
Order a cake to treat your loved ones for birthdays, anniversaries, or whatever the occasion. Simply send us your order at least one week in advance for pick up.
We bake using only what’s in season with fruit from Natoora and Shrub, and Wildfarmed flour. All cakes come decorated with seasonal, non-toxic flowers and/or fruit.
We require a 1 week order notice from payment for pick up at midday from FINK’S BAKERY, 154 Blackstock Road, N4 2DY. We do not deliver. We are not able to offer customer flavours, modifications to our menu, or customer decor (this includes cake writing). Your order is not confirmed until payment has been received.

Choose from rich and moist chocolate devil’s food cake or light Italian vanilla sponge made with mascarpone, filled and fully iced with your choice of dark chocolate, burnt salted caramel, vanilla or espresso buttercream.

Our Fink’s Favourites cakes are combinations of dreamy sponge, fillings, and buttercream icing, that have been perfectly paired by our team.

Vanilla & Seasonal Fruit
3 layers of vanilla sponge, filled and fully iced with a buttercream made with our seasonal roasted fruit.
Flavours throughout the year include roasted rhubarb, fresh raspberry, roasted apricot, poached quince, roasted plum, or fresh strawberry or loganberry. Available as cupcakes.
The current Seasonal Fruit buttercream is Roasted Plum.
Chocolate Espresso & Chocolate Ganache (Vegan)
2 layers of moist, chocolate sponge filled and covered with a coconut based chocolate ganache.
There is no flavour of espresso/coffee in this cake.
Chocolate Guinness & Cream Cheese
3 layers of dark chocolate Guinness sponge drizzled with rum syrup, filled and fully iced with cream cheese buttercream.
