Fink’s Salt & Sweet HQ. Our original cafe located in Highbury, N5. Since our opening in 2014, we’ve been many things: deli, dine-in brunch spot, restaurant, lifestyle & pantry shop, basement pool (if you know, you know), etc, etc. Today we’re a take away cafe with a small but perfectly formed retail offering. We make pretty much everything from scratch - sandwiches, salads, cakes and many of our products for sale. Our ingredient suppliers are local and trusted including the Dusty Knuckle, Scenery Coffee Roasters, Wildfarmed, Shrub Provisions and Natoora and our shelves are stocked with a selection natural wines, spirits and carefully curated pantry essentials and gifts - many of which are made within walking distance.
