Level 1 · The Floor

Managers & Supervisors

Shift & venue managers

Your first point of contact. Managers run the day-to-day people side on shift, keeping the team looked after and things running smoothly.

Level 2 · Admin & Triage

Evan

Evan handles the admin of HR and points you in the right direction. You'll receive communications from him on Finks' behalf, but he is not the HR manager and isn't the person who decides on pay, pensions, contract terms, or deals with disciplinary actions etc. He's a good person to go to with anything more hefty, and he'll either get you the answers you need or pass the issue on to Jess and Mat, our accountants, or our HR service.

Jess & Mat

Ultimate holders of HR duties

Jess and Mat run the top level HR stuff. Anything below is either handled by them directly or signed off by them. They work with Peninsula and Bright HR for legal guidance and compliance.

  • Appeals & serious complaints
  • Pay, wages & contracts
  • HR policy & how it's set
  • Legal & compliance matters
  • Safeguarding & serious welfare
  • Final sign-off on the above

TLDR

Start with your manager. For paperwork, forms or a simple pointer, Evan can help with the admin and get your question to the right place. Anything that needs a decision (pay, pensions, contracts, discipline, grievances, hiring & firing, or anything legal or safeguarding) is owned and decided by Jess & Mat.
